It displays a three planes (X-Y, Y-Z, Z-X) scroll tool (DIALOG).

Even if it starts this command, the command which was starting before it is continued.
The using of the tool of being scrolled is shown below.
It clicks the button of the arrow in the direction to want to move a display range to. Because the display range moves to the
direction of the specification, the object moves to opposite. The distance which is scrolled by the click with once becomes
with the grid interval.
This tool doesn’t end automatically. As for the way of ending, refer to The way of command’s ending.
