It moves to the direction which specified the display position of three
planes (X-Y, Y-Z, Z-X) by the mouse.

Even if it starts this command, the command which was starting before it is continued but the mouse input switches over
for this command. When resuming the input of the pre-command, end this command.
However, only a [Zoom Box] command is ended by starting this command.
A procedure is shown below.
It drags a mouse in the range (rectangle) to display in any one of three planes (X-Y, Y-Z, Z-X).
This command doesn’t end automatically. As for the way of ending, refer to P3 The way of command’s ending.
