It displays a viewpoint change tool (DIALOG) by the perspective drawing.



Even if it starts this command, the command which was starting before it is continued. The using of the viewpoint change
and the tool is shown below.
It clicks the button of the arrow in the direction to make a center turn a viewpoint in the reference point. Because the display
range turns to the direction of the specification, the object turns opposite.
It is possible to do a viewpoint change (turn) by the mouse in dragging a mouse on the perspective drawing. (Any time) In
case of the mouse, the display object turns to the direction which drags. This tool doesn’t end automatically. As for the way
of ending, refer to P3 The way of command’s ending.
